Lazio’s Curva Nord Ultras have released a statement criticising the club’s transfer activity this summer.
The Biancocelesti added Alessandro Matri to their squad on deadline day yesterday, having already recruited Ravel Morrison, Ricardo Kishna and Wesley Hoedt.
Despite those moves, the club’s hardcore fans are not satisfied, and have declared they will not buy season tickets this season.
“We’re not happy with the work the club has done,” a representative for the Curva Nord told Elle Radio.

“Therefore we’ve decided not to buy season tickets. We’ll make our decision about away games known this week.”
Season ticket money is important for the finances of clubs, as they receive the money in a lump sum in the summer, meaning it can be written into the balance sheet, whereas “walk-up” revenue can fluctuate wildly.
