The Biancocelesti environment is breaking down into chaos after the Giallorossi beat them soundly by 4-1 in today's derby.

President Claudio Lotito announced that the team would be forced into a disciplinary training retreat, severing ties with the Press and with the player's personal friends for an indeterminate time.

Shortly thereafter, the club officially announced the sacking of Coach Stefano Pioli, and the appointment of youth Coach Simone Inzaghi as his successor.

As this happened, however, the grassroots environment did not sit back. The situation between the club and the fans was already extremely tense due to disagreements over new security measures at the Stadio Olimpico.

Lazio's Curva Nord, alongside Roma's Curva Sud, both expressed their dissent by refusing to show up at the stadium for today's derby.

After the game, however, a group of up to 400 Laziali showed up at the Aquile headquarters in Formello, staging a protest.

While the fans were unable to get hold of the players, who were returning by Coach, they blocked a road and damaged a roundabout.

The police was forced to intervene, eventually resorting to tear gas and hydrants to disperse the mob.

Police released a statement confirming fans threw bricks and rocks, injuring an agent, and 15 were arrested.

The situation has now returned to normality as the Laziali are reportedly gradually leaving Formello. The fan portal 'LaLazioSiamoNoi' has already dubbed this 'one of the darkest days in Lazio history'.

There are also reports that President Lotito was spotted in a restaurant after the game and nearly attacked by angry fans.
