Lazio face competition from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur when it comes to Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren.
The Aquile had already approached him during the January transfer window, but were not prepared to pay the €20m asking price.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, that has now dropped significantly, because his contract expires in June 2021 and he has no intention of extending.
Lovren turns 31 in July and has been with the Reds since the summer of 2014, so is eager for a new experience.

Lazio are currently second in Serie A, so would go into the Champions League, and the drop in the transfer fee would allow them to raise their salary offer to €3m per year.
This is still lower than the current €5m package he is on at Anfield, but Lazio would ensure a longer contract.
