According to TalkSport, Lazio have won the race for Biglia with an impressive £8m offer.
So far Liverpool have bid only around £4.5m, but the Biancocelesti have moved in front.
Biglia has been at Anderlecht since 2006, though has made it clear since January that he wants to join a bigger club.
