Lazio are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Manuel Lazzari after agreeing personal terms with the SPAL wingback.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport’s Nicolo Schira, Lazzarri is ready to put pen to paper on a five-year contract worth €1.2m a season after tax.
Lazio must now negotiate a fee for the 25-year-old, and Schira believes an offer of €18m plus bonuses and Alessandro Murgia will be enough.
Lazzari has spent six years with SPAL, playing 182 times during their rise from Serie C to the top flight, and has one cap for Italy.
