Lazio have been commemorating the club’s first ever Scudetto win during the build-up to their Serie A match against Empoli on Sunday, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the title-winning 1973-74 season.
The Biancocelesti players are currently wearing a commemorative shirt, which subtly features the names of the 1973-74 squad running up and down the front panel of the jersey.

Several members of the title-winning squad, members of staff and their families were also invited onto the Stadio Olimpico pitch for a special presentation and handshake with the current first-team squad ahead of kick-off.
