Inter full-back Valentino Lazaro is undergoing his medicals with Benfica ahead of an initial loan move and three more players are set to leave the Nerazzurri on a temporary deal.

According to multiple reports in Italy, the Austria international has landed in Portugal to complete his move to Benfica.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Lazaro will join the Eagles on a two-year loan with an obligation to buy for €8.5m.

Lazaro is not the only one packing at Inter as Lucien Agoumé will join Brest on a dry loan deal.

The 19-year-old has already reached an agreement with the Ligue 1 side, so his move to France is imminent.
