Lautaro Martinez can fulfil three targets in the second part of the season at Inter, including scoring his 100th goal in Serie A.
The Argentinean star is Serie A’s leading scorer in 2023-24 with 20 goals in 22 league matches.
His next league goal will be his 100th in Serie A. El Toro has scored 99 goals in 195 matches in Italy’s top flight so far and can further raise his tally in an away game at Lecce on Sunday.
There are, however, two more targets that Lautaro can fulfil this season.
One is a personal record as Lautaro has never scored more than 21 goals in a single Serie A campaign. Having already netted 20 times this term, it is a record that he will likely break this term.
Lastly, Lautaro could become the most prolific player ever in a single Serie A campaign, but to achieve this target, he must beat Gonzalo Higuain and Ciro Immobile’s 36-goal record.
