Lautaro Martinez confirms his agent is working on a contract extension with Inter: ‘There’s no reason to change.’
The Argentinean striker spoke to Canale 5 on Tuesday after a 1-0 win over Benfica in the Champions League.
“It was a very important game for us because we struggled to play as we know against Real Sociedad,” he said.
“We had to change today against an opponent we had already faced last season. We are happy with the victory.”
There are reports Inter will offer Lautaro a new contract and El Toro is eager to reach an agreement.
“Yes, I hope so. My agent is working with the club,” Lautaro confirmed.
“My family and I are so happy here. I’m giving my best and there is no reason to change.”
