Former Roma attacker Erik Lamela has hailed Jose Mourinho after their time together at Tottenham. ‘He’s a coach with a fantastic mentality’.
The 29-year-old moved from Roma to Tottenham in August 2013, after two seasons at the Olimpico.

Lamela is currently at Sevilla but has praised the Portuguese coach as ‘one of the most important’ in his career.
“He’s a great person too,” Lamela told The Times. “I was happy during the period we spent together.
“He’s a coach with a fantastic mentality, one of the most important I have had in my career. He tried to do the best for Tottenham, we worked a lot together for the club.”
