Juventus loanee Dejan Kulusevski admitted his uncertainty over his future with Tottenham as his deal in North London starts to draw to a close.

The 23-year-old Swedish midfielder joined Spurs on an 18-month loan deal from the Bianconeri back in January 2022. His first six months were a success, linking up well with Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min, but things have not been as positive this campaign.

Kulusevski has only scored two goals and provided seven assists in 30 league games this season, a far cry from the five goals and eight assists he provided in his first 18 Premier League matches last term.

Speaking to reporters after Tottenham’s 4-1 win over Leeds United, Kulusevski shared his doubts over his future in North London.

“I don’t know honestly… we will see. I’m just focused on the pitch, I tried to do as good as I can and now of course it’s time to speak with the club.”

Whilst his first six months suggested that a €35m move to Tottenham was all but certain, his drop this season has led to questions in North London, and their failure to qualify for European competition may push them to send the Swede back to Juventus.

  1. less than 25 million pounds is nothing. I really hope Maldini will show interest to solve our right wing issue.
