Speculation on Wednesday suggested that the Slovakian would be targeted immediately after Christmas given that the Nerazzurri had already agreed a deal to net him in June 2012.
"I could move to Milan as soon as January," the midfielder stated when questioned on yesterday's reports.
"It will be up to the two clubs to decide though. For now, I know nothing and all I am doing is concentrating on my own game."
The midfielder, 24, has made a massive impact at Marassi since his January 2010 arrival from Sparta Prague.
It's understood that Italian champions Milan were also keen on the player's signature, but Genoa did a deal with Inter – which is thought to have included Emiliano Viviano – instead.
Kucka has one goal in five Serie A appearances so far this season.
