Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly is likely to be out for a month through injury, reports the Corriere dello Sport.
The defender came off after only five minutes in Napoli’s 2-1 defeat against Parma when attempting to chase Dejan Kulusevski in the build up to the Swede’s goal.
Koulibaly was seen holding the back of his leg whilst hobbling along the side of the San Paolo pitch.
Now the Rome daily state that the defender could be out for up to a month.

The Senegalese international is set to miss games against Sassuolo, Inter, Lazio and in all likelihood the Coppa Italia match against Perugia in the new year.
