The Azzurri defender left the pitch after 20 minutes of the 1-0 win in the UEFA Nations League and the extent of his injury is still unknown.
But coach Sahiti fears it could be serious for the 26-year-old and an added concern for the Partenopei, who are currently without Victor Osimhen, David Ospina and Elseid Hysaj.

“The doctors are dealing with it,” Sahiti told local media, according to SportItalia journalist Alfredo Pedulla.
“However, Rrahmani is not one who gives up easily, so this means his injury was not so insignificant.”
Rrahmani signed with Napoli in January but moved to the Partenopei after last season and has yet to make his debut with the Azzurri.
