Genoa have revealed that Lazio have already lined up a replacement for Juventus-bound Stephan Lichtsteiner. "A deal for Abdoulay Konko is done."
The Swiss international is expected to move to Juve this week and Rossoblu sporting director Stefano Capozucca claims Konko will be the new Lazio right-back.
"Lichtsteiner will leave and Konko will arrive," the official told La Lazio Siamo Noi on Monday afternoon.
"The deal has already been done, it was agreed days ago. The two Presidents shook hands and have a verbal agreement.

"However, before anything can be finalised, Lazio will have to sell their player first."
Konko, 27, who only rejoined Genoa in January from Sevilla, is expected to cost the capital giants around €6m.
Lichtsteiner has a €12m buy-out clause inserted into his contract, but the Old Lady are hoping to net him for a little less.
