As Juventus prepare to take on Como at the Stadio Sinigaglia on Friday evening, January signing Randal Kolo Muani will have his eyes set on an impressive Bianconeri feat last managed by the great Roberto Baggio.

Kolo Muani targeting Baggio’s Juventus record against Como

Kolo Muani has been in impressive form in front of goal following his loan move to Juventus from PSG, netting three in his first two outings in Serie A. In doing so, he matched Carlos Tevez’s record of scoring in both of his first two Juventus matches.

A goal against Como on Friday night would mean a strike in each of his first three Juventus matches. Kolo Muani could become the first Juve player in the three-point era to score in each of his first three Serie A matches.

The last player to do it was Baggio at the beginning of the 1990-91 season following his transfer from Fiorentina.

Kolo Muani is expected to start over Dusan Vlahovic up front for the Bianconeri again when they take on Cesc Fabregas’s Como, in a Juve team that could remain unchanged following the 4-1 win over Empoli last time out.
