Netherlands Coach Ronald Koeman expects a tough friendly in Turin, as Italy “have a squad worthy of a place in the World Cup.”
It kicks off on Monday at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT) at the Allianz Juventus Stadium.
This was meant to be a warm-up fixture for the World Cup, but neither nation has managed to qualify.
“Italy have a squad worthy of a place in the World Cup,” said Koeman in his Press conference.
“We’ve got a clear idea of how we want to play and how we want to attack the Azzurri.”

This is the third friendly of the Roberto Mancini era after a 2-1 win over Saudi Arabia and Friday’s 3-1 defeat to France.
“I was surprised by the way Italy played against France, as they had many young players. We have the ingredients for an entertaining match tomorrow and I expect it to be difficult.
“We can win this and we will try to win.”
Marten De Roon is expected to start, as he plays his club football in Serie A with Atalanta.
“I could give a chance to De Roon and it will be a strong line-up.”
