Roma winger Justin Kluivert has warned that he “can do more” under Paulo Fonseca after scoring against Istanbul Basaksehir last night.
The 4-0 win made sure the Roma leapfrogged Basaksehir in Group J of the Europa League, and all of their goals came in the first half – including Kluivert’s in the 40th minute.
He praised Fonseca for his work at the helm and said it was “important” for the team to get the three points in Turkey.
“The coach has helped me a lot,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“The coach has helped me a lot,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“I’m getting better, but I can still do more. I’m happy about the goal, now I must keep going like this. I train a lot and I try to keep calm during the games.
“We played very well, as a team. We started well and we scored three goals. It was important for us because it was a difficult game against a strong opponent.”
The Dutchman has netted just once in 11 Serie A games so far this season, but he has managed double that tally in only five Europa League matches.
