“We must have the right mentality,” he added.

“Our target is to face every game as it was a final. The path is still long and complicated.

“Juventus have great players, Napoli are very strong too, even if they are behind. The season is very difficult, we must do our best and need a bit of good luck too.”

How important is Gigio Donnarumma for a defender?

“He’s improved so much, it is so important to have a goalkeeper you trust. You know he is always ready to cover you and he allows defenders to be more aggressive.”

How about Zlatan Ibrahimovic?

“He is not 40 yet, it’s hard to describe him. I’ve never met anyone like him in my career. For his mentality and his commitment. It’s not easy for defenders to play against him and Mandzukic.”
