According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Bayern Munich are unwilling to let Kim Min-jae leave on loan this summer, but the ex-Napoli defender remains on Inter‘s agenda.

Bayern Munich don’t want to loan out former Napoli defender Kim this summer despite an unconvincing debut season in Germany.

Kim: Bayern Munich decline Inter request

According to Thursday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport on page six, the Bavarians have declined Inter’s request to get the player on a temporary transfer, but the South Korea international remains a target for the defending Serie A champions.

Inter are expected to knock on Bayern Munich’s door again during the summer transfer window, but they must first sell Stefan de Vrij.

The Netherlands international said last week that he was not considering leaving the Nerazzurri this summer, but he has reportedly attracted interest from Saudi Pro League sides.

Inter are monitoring other potential reinforcements as well, including free agents Ricardo Rodriguez and Mario Hermoso.
