Kessie snubs Tottenham, but Milan open to sale?

As Milan are linked with more and more midfielders, there are increasing concerns Franck Kessie is on the market, having already rejected an offer from Tottenham Hotspur.

The Ivory Coast international’s contract only runs to the end of this season and director Paolo Maldini confirmed they cannot go beyond the parameters for an extension set by the club owners.

This approach has already seen Gianluigi Donnarumma and Hakan Calhanoglu leave on free transfers, for Paris Saint-Germain and Inter respectively, so losing another key player with no fee would be devastating.

Milan meet with Brest midfielder Faivre’s agents

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are not against the idea of selling Kessie this summer and would’ve been open to a proposal from Tottenham, but the midfielder turned it down.

The concerns are growing amid Rossoneri fans, because over the last couple of days, they have been linked with more and more midfielders.

The latest talks were held with Brest player Romain Faivre, after Yacine Adli of Bordeaux, while a deal is close to take Tiemoue Bakayoko on loan with option to buy from Chelsea.
