Radja Nainggolan appeared to lose a tooth in an early clash with Franck Kessie during Roma’s match with Milan.
The incident occurred in the opening minutes of the Serie A encounter at the Stadio Olimpico.
As they both jumped for the ball, Kessie accidentally caught Nainggolan in the face with an elbow.
The Belgium international was down for some time receiving treatment and it seems as if that’s because he had a tooth knocked out.
Nonetheless, Nainggolan got back on the field and continued to play.
