Juventus striker Moise Kean said he ‘doesn’t feel the pressure in replacing’ Cristiano Ronaldo at the Allianz Stadium. ‘I just feel the responsibility of wearing the Juve shirt’.

The Italy international returned to Juventus a few hours after Ronaldo re-joined Manchester United but Kean doesn’t feel he has been brought in to replace the Portuguese outright.

Kean joined Everton in August 2019 but struggled to establish himself at Goodison Park. He was loaned out to Paris Saint-Germain last term, where he scored 17 goals in 41 competitive games with the French giants.

“I don’t feel any pressure in replacing Ronaldo,” he said at a press conference. “I just want to lend a hand to the team where I grew up and where I lived good times.

“I just want to play, I have no pressure, I just feel the responsibility of wearing the Juventus shirt.”

Kean played eight minutes in the 2-1 defeat to Napoli in Serie A and was given 22 minutes towards the end of the 3-0 win over Malmö FF in the Champions League.
