DAZN presenter Diletta Leotta provided two possible destinations for fiancé Loris Karius, who is looking to switch Newcastle United for Serie A in the summer.
The 30-year-old German goalkeeper has just over three months left on his contract with the Magpies and is expected to leave in the summer, having made just two appearances since his arrival back in September 2022.
Karius recently switched agencies, choosing to be represented by Circum, a player agency involving Alessandro Tocci and former Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio, who is keen to bring the former Liverpool goalkeeper to Serie A.
Speaking to Cattelan via TMW, Diletta Leotta was asked about the idea of seeing her fiancé Karius playing in Serie A next season.
“I hope to see him in Italy, maybe somewhere near Milan. So, Monza, yes, but we could also get him to Como.”
Monza are comfortably mid-table in Serie A with nine matches left to play, far above the relegation zone, whilst Como are in the thick of the fight for promotion from Serie B, sitting just two points behind second place Venezia.
