Yann Karamoh admits he rejected all other offers in order to join Inter – “this was my dream”.
The forward was heavily linked with the Nerazzurri throughout the transfer window, and finally completed his move on transfer deadline day, on a two-year loan with obligation to buy.
“I reacted positively [when I heard Inter wanted me],” Karamoh explained to Inter Channel.
“I had a lot of options and I was trying to figure out what they were, but when I heard about Inter I blocked everything else right away.

“I reacted positively [when I heard Inter wanted me],” Karamoh explained to Inter Channel.
“I had a lot of options and I was trying to figure out what they were, but when I heard about Inter I blocked everything else right away.
“Last year I was in the Caen reserves so everything happened very quickly. I tried to become a professional in the fastest possible way.
“Inter was my dream, I didn’t hesitate.
“I have to be honest, I don’t know the Nerazzurri history all that well, but I like the blue and I’ve always followed this team in the past.
“Given the trophies they’ve won it’s a history I’ve always appreciated.
“I’d say this is one of the leading teams in Europe, all of those titles definitely impressed me and it’s something which commands respect.
“An Inter player I looked up to? I’d say [Samuel] Eto’o.”
Karamoh was then asked about Coach Luciano Spalletti, and how he expects to fit into his plans.
“I think my features can be of interest for him, I’m in a good squad and I hope my features can get me into the team.
“I saw Spalletti at Roma, he’s an exceptional Coach who knows how to win.
“Fitting into the squad? I’ve been closest to Dalbert in the first few days, then there are others who speak French and that helps.
“I have plenty of time to get to know everyone here, but several people have already called me. There’s a lot of friendship to be discovered, I’m not worried.”
