With Lazio the latest to drop Daichi Kamada talks after Milan and Roma, details are emerging on the wage demands and signing-on fee that are putting everyone off.

The Japan international creative midfielder turns 27 next month and is a free agent after his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt was allowed to run down.

He was on the verge of signing for Milan before the sacking of directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara changed their strategy.

Kamada was then in talks with Lazio and Roma, while Napoli had also shown some interest, but nobody seems willing to sign him to a contract.

According to Calciomercato.com transfer expert Daniele Longo, that is because the demands he and his agent have put to clubs are considered unreasonable.

That includes a salary worth €5m per season, but also a €5m commission for his agents and another signing-on bonus.

To make matters worse, Kamada would also have to register as a non-EU player and the slots are very limited, which all makes it unlikely he will find a new club in Italy.
