The Croatin striker joined the Rossoneri on loan from Fiorentina in the summer, with an obligation to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.

However, his performances have been disappointing so far with just four goals in 17 Serie A games and only one since October.

Now calciomeracto.com is reporting that Cannavaro is a big fan of Kalinic, having tried to bring him to Tianjin Quanjian, and wanted him to move to the Chinese Super League.

The player himself though rejected the move, as he believes he can still be a success with Milan, and hopes to turn things around in the second half of the season.
