“There’s great euphoria at the club,” Kalinin explained to 24Sata in his native Croatia, while on international duty.

Kalinic then discussed Croatia’s game with Bulgaria on Saturday, where a win is essential to keep pace with Italy and Norway in the group.
“I hope to play from the start as I have been with my club. I’m ready to be the striker, but I hope Mario Mandzukic can recover, as he can be key.
“The atmosphere is great, we all can’t wait to play and win these two games [against Bulgaria and Malta].”
