The Croatian international officially completed his move to the Viola this week, and his representative spoke to CalcioNews24 about the situation.
“We’re all happy, it’s a great opportunity for him,” Tomislav Erceg told the website.

“We’re all happy, it’s a great opportunity for him,” Tomislav Erceg told the website.
“After four years at Dnipro, he’s come to a top League, which is much better. He’s come to a great team, in a beautiful city and he’s very happy.
“Hopefully Nikola can do well, we know Fiorentina have a big support, but also a demanding one. Very great players have played here.
“He’s happy at Fiorentina. He had other offers, I’d prefer not to name names as that wouldn’t be right, but he was Fiorentina’s first choice.
“We hope he’ll do well, helping the team and the club. It’s difficult to talk about a number a number of goals at this point, the important thing is for him to grow with the team.”
