Currently at Everton, Ancelotti spent most of his coaching career at Milan, going on to PSG, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Napoli.
“I always say he is the coach who helped me to win the most in my career and he’s the best I ever worked with in terms of that sensibility and knowing how to talk to people,” Kaka told the official Milan website.

“What I love the most is his ability to make sure every player is in his best role, but also he is capable of really dealing with a group of 30 people. It’s no mean feat to keep everyone onside for seven years.”
Menez was Ancelotti’s player at Paris Saint-Germain and he too appreciated the personal touch.
“I adored Ancelotti, above all for his personality, which counts for more than tactics in football,” Menez told France Football.
“Ancelotti would attend barbecues with us, he’d be chatting away with everyone and start singing in front of everybody.”
