It’s reported that Kaio Jorge will eventually cost Juventus circa €6m between transfer fee to Santos and commissions to his agent and family.

Milan had agreed personal terms with his representative, while Benfica had seen their transfer fee of €6m plus a player accepted by Santos, but they were both blown out of the water by Juve.

The Bianconeri dived in and seemingly out of nowhere managed to get the 19-year-old to sign a pre-contract agreement with them.

That is valid from January 2022, as his contract with Santos expires on December 31 and he has no intention of extending.

Now Juve are trying to get him during the summer without waiting for the end of the year, so are negotiating directly with a very irritated Santos.

According to UOL Esporte in Brazil, Juve are proposing €3m and Santos want €4m.

There is also the issue of commissions, which the Old Lady will have to pay to both Kaio Jorge’s agent and his family for brokering the deal.

In the end, it is expected to cost them circa €6m to get the striker, with a contract until June 2026.
