Talented Brazilian Kaio Jorge is nearing the end of his long recovery and could return to action for Juventus soon.
The 20-year-old forward suffered patella tendon rupture in the 27th minute of the Bianconeri U-23’s clash with Pro Patria back in February, leaving the pitch on a stretcher in tears. Kaio Jorge has been sidelined ever since, slowly working on his recovery on the sidelines in Turin.
The Brazilian youngster was seen at the Juventus Christmas dinner and the hope is that he’ll be wearing black and white again soon.
As highlighted by Giuseppe Federici, Kaio Jorge is hoping to return to action with the Juventus Next Gen squad in the coming weeks, finally nearing the end of his recovery. He will build up his match fitness in Serie C with the Bianconeri’s second team before returning to Massimiliano Allegri’s set up.
Although he’s hardly featured in Turin, the 20-year-old Brazilian’s stock is still high and many are keen to see what he can do when given the chance with the Old Lady.
