Kaio Jorge is set for a move to Juventus and the Brazilian attacker is expected to arrive for his medical in a few days.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the 19-year-old could travel to Turin in a few days, where he should undergo the required medical examinations and sign the deal with Juventus.
The Old Lady will immediately pay out €1.5m and add a similar amount at the end of next season, whilst Santos will get five per cent of a future re-sale.
The young striker has scored 17 goals in 80 appearances with Santos and is capped 10 times by Brazil U17.
