Juventus are looking to shore up their squad ahead of the January transfer window and are reportedly working on new deals for Manuel Locatelli and Daniele Rugani.

TMW details how the club have already been in contact with a number of agents in recent weeks to try and set up new contracts for various players, including Federico Chiesa and Dusan Vlahovic.

Two players who could put pen to paper in the coming weeks are Locatelli and Rugani. Juventus have already been in contact with both entourages and have set dates for meetings with the two.

The plan for Locatelli is to extend his deal to June 2028 with a salary bump to around €3.5m net per season plus add-ons, a noticeable raise compared to his current contract.

Things are different for Rugani. Juventus want to extend his contract to June 2026 with an option for a further year, but spread his current €3.5m net salary across the new deal, which’ll work out to €2.5m across three seasons.
