Juventus have improved their offer to Dallas FC for Bryan Reynolds and would send the defender to Benevento for six months, claim Sky Sport Italia.

According to the Italian television station’s transfer experts, Gianluca Di Marzio and Fabrizio Romano, a new proposal has been made worth €7m.

It would be a loan with obligation to buy, meaning the cost of the operation would be spread out.

Juventus are battling Club Brugge and Roma for Reynolds’ signature, but could not bring in to Turin in January.

Juventus are battling Club Brugge and Roma for Reynolds’ signature, but could not bring in to Turin in January.

That is because the Bianconeri have already filled all their non-EU slots in the squad.

Instead, they’d work in synergy with Benevento, who would sign Reynolds for six months and then sell him to Juventus at the end of the season.

It’d also allow the 18-year-old right-back to settle into Serie A with some early playing time.

To all intents and purposes, it’s a loan, but officially Benevento would sign Reynolds with the pledge to sell him to Juventus in June.

The Serie A Champions had previously been linked with Cagliari in this approach for the player, but Benevento emerged as potential partners instead.
