Juventus want Vlahovic in January, ready to offer €50m

Juventus are reportedly ready to offer Fiorentina €50m to bring Dusan Vlahovic to Turin already in January.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Old Lady are stepping up the chase for the Serbian striker but are still far away from matching the initial demands in Florence.

Vlahovic: ‘I can’t wait to play in the World Cup’

Fiorentina have been asking for €70m to let the 21-year-old leave the club and Juventus already face competition from possible suitors abroad.

Reports in Italy have suggested the Viola are more interested in a move to another league for Vlahovic, but the player seems determined to stay in Serie A.

The newspaper claims Juventus are aware of the player’s interest in a move to the Allianz Stadium and are thus ready to make an offer to make it happen as soon as possible.

The report believes the leaders at Continassa are preparing to offer €50m for an immediate move this winter, €20m less than Fiorentina’s asking price.

Vlahovic, capped 14 times by Serbia, has scored 10 times in 13 Serie A games this term and bagged 21 in 37 league games with the Viola last term.

Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the striker in the Premier League, while Atletico Madrid have shown interest in the youngster too.
