Juventus are keeping close tabs on Felipe Anderson’s situation at Lazio as they are keen to snap him up on a free transfer next summer.

The Bianconeri are still in the early stages of their post-Andrea Agnelli era and are pushing to make the club more sustainable. This could be seen in the summer transfer window, where they invested less than €20m on Timothy Weah, Arkadiusz Milik and Facundo Gonzalez.

Juventus are expected to pick up a new midfielder in the coming January transfer window, needing to bolster Massimiliano Allegri’s squads after the suspensions of Paul Pogba and Nicolo Fagioli.

As reported by Il Messaggero via TMW, Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli is closely following Felipe Anderson’s contract situation at Lazio, interested in picking up the winger on a free transfer next summer.

The 30-year-old Brazilian has entered the last year of his deal in the Italian capital and despite recent reports suggesting that an agreement was close, things have fallen quiet and no contract has been signed yet.
