The latest edition of the Derby della Mole kicks off on Saturday and the home team are favourites in these Juventus vs. Torinopredictions. The Old Lady sit in the Serie A top four but have looked inconsistent this season and will be keen to secure only their second win in four games.

2 – Juventus to keep a clean sheet  – 1/2

5 – A draw at full-time – 4/3

Torino travel across town to face their old rivals Juventus on Saturday afternoon in the Derby della Mole. The Granata’s last victory over the Bianconeri came in April 2015 and the odds are not in their favour ahead of the clash at the Allianz Stadium this weekend.

Massimiliano Allegri’s Juventus side have surprised many this season, having faced significant disruption over the summer. The Old Lady has quietly got on with winning games, despite all the noise, and have secured 14 points with seven games played this season.

That being said, fans have not been overenthusiastic with the conservative nature of Juventus. The coach will be glad to welcome Dusan Vlahovic back to the fold, having endured a goalless draw to Atalanta in the absence of the Serbian forward. Vlahovic is Juventus’ joint-top scorer, despite failing to start the last two games, and is our tip to score anytime, firing his team to a victory.

The hosts are not likely to require a glut of goals to secure a victory against Torino, as the Granata have hardly been free-scoring themselves this season. Only six teams have scored fewer goals than Ivan Juric’s side, with seven games played, meaning a wager on the Bianconeri to secure a third consecutive clean sheet could well pay off.

As during last season, Torino’s strength has been in limiting their opposition’s offensive output. Il Toro have three clean sheets of their own this season and will look to frustrate their hosts on Saturday. With Juventus misfiring at times this season, another defensive master class from Juric’s side could result in a low-scoring game with under 2.5 goals scored.

Despite struggling to secure wins against their old rivals, Torino have held them to a fair few draws in recent years, including two in the last six encounters. The visitors would likely be content with a point on Saturday evening and, given the returns, it could be worth betting on them to achieve it.
