These Juventus v Salernitana predictions see the Bianconeri look to keep pace with the top three as they face the 20th-placed team in Serie A. Salernitana have won just three games this season but have secured six draws in their last seven games.

Juventus vs. Salernitana odds

2 – Both teams to score – 4/7

3 – Over 2.5 goals – 6/10

4 – Vlahovic to score first – 14/5

5 – Bonazzoli to score anytime – 13/2

Juventus’ remarkable comeback is truly on as the Old Lady prepare to face Salernitana, who are facing a likely relegation come the end of the season. The Bianconeri have been known in recent years to start their season slowly before kicking on in winter, however this campaign has taken things to a whole new level.

Max Allegri’s side are unbeaten in Serie A since November 27 and they are in solid form having won their last three. However, these fixtures have been kind on Juventus, with Empoli, Sampdoria and Spezia all in the lower half of the table. Sunday’s home game against Serie A’s lowest-ranked team, Salernitana, should be the easiest match for the Bianconeri on paper and is timed well ahead of the international break.

This having been said, the visit of the Granata, may not be as easy as expected for the hosts. A recent hammering at the hands of Inter aside, Davide Nicola’s side significantly picked up their form of late. Draws against Sassuolo and Milan suggest that Salernitana have finally found their balance in Serie A, both in and out of possession. Their recent success can also be partially credited to the recent goalscoring streak of Federico Bonazzoli, who has notched in each of his last four games.

Despite their uptake in form, Salernitana have the worst defensive record in Serie A. They’ve conceded 63 times in 27 games, including 10 in their last four. This does not bode well ahead of Sunday’s game against a Juventus side who have netted seven in their last three games in the league, with both Alvaro Morata and Dusan Vlahovic sharing goalscoring responsibilities equally.

The visitors will be hoping that their hosts’ midweek Champions League duties result in some tired legs on Sunday. However, it may take more than that for Nicola’s side to take any points away from Piedmont.
