According to Tuttosport newspaper, both Juventus and Real Madrid are strongly interested in Monaco starlet Aurelien Tchouameni, but the Old Lady needs to sell Aaron Ramsey or Weston McKennie.

The 21-year-old has attracted interested from many top clubs in Europe, including Chelsea and Liverpool and is regarded as one of the most promising French players.

The Monaco starlet made his senior France debut earlier in September and his contract with the Monegasques expires in June 2024.

According to Tuttosport, both Juventus and Real Madrid are strongly interested in securing his signature with the Bianconeri, who could make their move as soon as January.

However, the Serie A giants would need to sell Ramsey or McKennie in order to place a suitable bid for the 21-year-old.

Ramsey is one of Juventus’ highest earners with a €7m-a-year deal, while McKennie has failed to impress Max Allegri and is on the market after Juventus made his move from Schalke 04 permanent for €18m in March.

According to the report, there are a host of Premier League clubs interested in the Juventus duo and Monaco’s asking price for Tchouameni is circa €40-45m.

Who is Tchouameni, the Monaco starlet wanted by Juve, Chelsea and Liverpool?

2 thought on “Real Madrid join Juventus, Chelsea and Liverpool in race for Tchouameni”
  1. That means he will not be going to Juve as bigger clubs will outbid them. Oh wait Juve only do free transfers or loan deals.

  2. Remember when De Ligt was wanted by all the clubs in Europe and went to Juve for 75 millions? I remember. Are people seriously still stuck in 2012 and think Juventus only pays peanuts?
