Juventus face competition from Fiorentina for Nicolò Zaniolo, so there are suggestions they could offer either Weston McKennie or Moise Kean to Galatasaray as part of the proposal.

The Italy international has never disguised his desire to return to Serie A after the February transfer to Istanbul.

Sky Sport Italia reported today that Fiorentina were the only club who made direct contact with Zaniolo’s entourage to lay the groundwork for further negotiations.

Now Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà claims that Juve are determined to get the upper hand in the race for the former Roma star.

This could include using either striker Kean or midfielder McKennie as part of an exchange deal with Galatasaray.

McKennie has returned to Turin after his unsuccessful loan spell with Leeds United, who did not take up their option to buy at the end of the season.

Kean is well-travelled already with experiences at Everton and Paris Saint-Germain, so would not be against the idea of a Galatasaray move.

  1. True Mohammed. Kean has something about him that is worth keeping. Shame Leeds couldn’t keep McKennie.
