Juventus ultras have released a statement reacting to their 10-point deduction, calling on the fans to ‘not to despair for this umpteenth, horrible defeat’.

The Bianconeri were involved in their third capital gains trial with the FIGC on May 22, where they were handed a 10-point penalty this season for falsifying their capital gains through inflated player transfer values. They are also involved in other legal battles, such as their ‘salary manoeuvre’ case and the Prisma investigation.

The handling of this case has left many in Italy with a bitter taste, regardless of their feelings towards Juventus. The Old Lady were initially handed a 15-point penalty back in January but this was annulled by CONI’s Collegio di Garanzia in April pending a new trial, decisions that have clearly affected the top four race this season, something that Roma coach Jose Mourinho highlighted.

Writing on their social media channels, the Curva Sud Juventus ultras released a statement commenting on the FIGC court’s decision to impose a 10-point penalty.

“I love you guys, that’s why I tell you not to despair for this umpteenth, horrible defeat. Because the chances of qualifying for Europe after today’s penalty were zero. As I told you a few hours ago, UEFA will now exclude Juve from all cups for at least 1 year.

“The Super League was decisive, they are the only ones in charge and they want to continue to be the only ones. We’ve reached the point where in society failures are rewarded. This season has been an aberrant crap. It’s a nightmare, it’s a real f*cking nightmare!”

  1. Yeah, blame it on the Uefa and Super League but not the crooks who run the club in to the mood.

  2. Thank you Walter!! THANK YOU!! Finally some sense. Always taking the victimisation stance…the club will never change.
