Juventus are still waiting for Adrien Rabiot’s decision over his contract extension and are continuing talks with Galatasaray for Nicolò Zaniolo and Lazio for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The Bianconeri want to keep Rabiot at the Allianz Stadium and have offered him a one-year deal worth €7m, the same salary he currently gets in Turin. According to Thursday’s printed edition of Il Corriere dello Sport (page 8), Juventus expect a definitive answer in the coming days. Rabiot’s current deal expires on June 30 and Manchester United are said to be strongly interested in his signature.

As per Tuttosport, Juventus director Giovanni Manna will soon meet Federico Pastorello, agent of Arthur, who spent the last season on loan at Liverpool. The Brazilian midfielder is not on Max Allegri’s plans so the Bianconeri are looking for a new loan deal or a permanent sale with English, Spanish and Turkish clubs interested.

Denis Zakaria and Weston McKennie are also expected to leave Turin.

Meantime, talks for Zaniolo and Milinkovic-Savic continue. According to Thursday’s printed edition of Gazzetta (page 11) Zaniolo ‘sees his future in a black and white shirt.’

Juventus are willing to include McKennie in a swap deal to lower Zaniolo’s transfer fee, but the potential sales of Dusan Vlahovic and/or Federico Chiesa would give the Old Lady the financial resources to get Zaniolo later in the transfer window. The ex-Roma striker has a €35m clause included in his contract, but Galtasaray’s asking price could lower to €20m in August especially if he asks to leave.

Zaniolo’s agent Claudio Vigorelli met Galatasaray’s President, Dursun Ozbek, in Milan this past Tuesday.

At the same time, Milinkovic-Savic is Juventus’ priority target in central midfield.

According to Gazzetta, Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri sees Nicolò Rovella as a good replacement for SMS so the ex-Monza loanee could be included in a deal to lower Lazio’s €40m asking price. The two clubs are also in talks for Luca Pellegri’s return to the Stadio Olimpico after a six-month loan in the capital last season.

Milinkovic-Savic is also wanted by Inter. Davide Frattesi remains an option for Juve and the Nerazzurri, but Milan could beat both their rivals to signing the Italy international after Sandro Tonali’s sale to Newcastle.
