Juventus are reportedly in talks with Salernitana for Pasquale Mazzocchi, while new rumours emerge on Nicolò Zaniolo and Alvaro Morata.

Il Corriere dello Sport and Calciomercato.com claim the Old Lady have opened talks with the Granata to sound out Mazzocchi’s availability.

The Bianconeri are planning to offer €4m plus the contract of Hans Nicolussi Caviglia who has been on loan at the Stadio Arechi since January.

Mazzocchi, 27, scored two goals and delivered four assists in 27 Serie A appearances this season.

Meantime, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims Morata wants to return to Turin for the third time. The Spaniard has a year left in his contract with Atletico Madrid and is pushing to return to the Allianz Stadium.

He is reportedly ready to cut his €8m wages, but his signature depends on the potential sale of Dusan Vlahovic and the future of Arek Milik, with Juventus’ option to sign the Pole permanently expiring next week, on June 10.

According to the pink paper, Juventus are once again considering Zaniolo for next season. The Italian is one of the options to replace Angel Di Maria, but contacts between the Bianconeri and Galatasaray have not begun yet.

Juventus will continue with Massimiliano Allegri in 2023-24, as confirmed by Maurizio Scanavino on Wednesday, while Giovanni Manna will be in charge of transfers.
