Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri reportedly met club directors earlier this week, outlining the priorities for the summer’s Mercato.

The Bianconeri are already planning their transfer strategies for 2022-23, when Allegri expects to return among the contenders for the Scudetto.

Goal.com and La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the coach met Juventus directors earlier this week to discuss the next step to build a competitive squad in the summer. According to the reports, Juventus’ priority targets are a left-back to replace Alex Sandro, a centre midfielder and a replacement for Paulo Dybala.

Juventus looking for Alex Sandro’s replacements

Alex Sandro is likely to be put on the market as his contract runs out in the summer of 2023 and the Brazil international has put in disappointing performances over the last year. The Bianconeri are reportedly interested in Chelsea’s Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso, but also Renan Lodi, Owen Wijndal and Nahuel Molina.

Allegri also wants a centre midfielder who can score consistently and Nicolò Zaniolo, Paul Pogba and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic have been linked with a move to Turin.

The versatile Roma star can play in centre midfielder or as a winger. Giacomo Raspadori has emerged as their priority target to replace the departing Dybala. Sassuolo value the Italy international at €30m and their CEO Giovanni Carnevali confirmed the Old Lady’s interest in his latest interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.

  1. Need a new CB too! We saw what happens when we have to rely on Rugani. Unfortunately we can’t count on Chiellini or Bonucci consistently anymore.

  2. @qwerty, have they actually finalised the signing of rudigar? Because if not I would put a cb high on that list

  3. First , allegri must announce his playing formation and style of Play so that only players suitable for that role can be brought to the team and not any dybala 2.0 situation…

  4. Rugani is Far better than clown Bonucci

It has been three seasons now where Bonucci was the cause of conceding most of the goals.

  5. The priority should be getting a new manager and replacing the board including Agnelli.
