According to Tuttosport newspaper, Chelsea are interested in Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot and could make an offer in the region of €15-20m as soon as the club’s takeover is completed.
The France international has had highs and lows in Turin, where his €7m-a-year contract runs out in June 2023. He is not on the market, but Juventus are ready to listen to offers.
As per Tuttosport, the Blues are among the clubs interested in signing the former PSG starlet who joined the Bianconeri on a free transfer in 2019. According to the report, the Premier League giants will offer €15-20m to sign Rabiot after the club’s takeover is completed.
Rabiot, 27, has played 45 games with the Bianconeri this season but hasn’t scored a goal, delivering only two assists.
Juventus are on the lookout for a new central midfielder and are in advanced talks with Paul Pogba, who could return to Turin on a free transfer from Manchester United for the second time in his career.
