Juventus, Tottenham and more: Where will Vlahovic end up?

Juventus are reportedly in pole position to sign Dusan Vlahovic, who will not renew with Fiorentina, but the Old Lady faces competition from a host of European clubs.

Tuttosport reports the Bianconeri are planning to make a move for the Serbian striker, who continues to impress at the Artemio Franchi.

Sporting director Federico Cherubini wants to negotiate with Fiorentina and complete a similar deal to the one that saw Federico Chiesa arrive at the Old Lady in 2020.

The Bianconeri could ask for a two-year loan deal with an obligation to buy, but could also include a few players in the deal with the Viola.

Commisso: ‘Vlahovic will not renew with Fiorentina’

Rocco Commisso has since revealed on the Viola’s official website that Vlahovic has decided against renewing with the club and the rumours of a possible move abroad continues.

Vlahovic has been linked with a host of European giants, with Tottenham Hotspur reportedly pushing for a deal during the summer.

Sporting director Fabio Paratici wanted to replace Harry Kane with the Serbia international and could be back to fight Juventus for his signature.

But there were other Premier League giants mentioned in talks with the Viola during the summer, as Manchester City dived in with a proposal, according to TGR Rai Toscana reporter Sara Meini.

Atletico Madrid reportedly offered €70m plus bonuses for the striker, but Vlahovic stayed in Florence.

Commisso could still opt to let the youngster see out his contract, as he confirmed in the statement made on the club’s official website that the player is tied to the Viola for the next 21 months.

Inter reportedly contacted Fiorentina when they were looking for Romelu Lukaku’s replacement this summer but have since picked up Edin Dzeko and Joaquin Correa to replace the Belgian.

The Nerazzurri could return to compete for the promising striker, but Juventus are, according to Tuttosport, in pole position for now.
