Andrea Cambiaso had his Juventus medical today, but it’s reported he will immediately go out on loan to Bologna.

The 22-year-old left-back is a product of the Genoa youth academy and made the move to Turin in exchange for €3m plus ownership of defender Radu Dragusin.

However, he might not be there for long, because Sportitalia claim he will be sent out again on loan in order to get more playing time in Serie A.

There are several candidates, including Salernitana and Atalanta, but Bologna are the absolute favourites.

Cambiaso has only 25 Serie A appearances under his belt, scoring one goal and providing four assists.

He had a lengthy talk with Juventus coach Max Allegri after today’s training session and a decision should be made tomorrow on the next step for Cambiaso’s career.

  1. At a boy thats the Juve way. Take a youngster and immediately ruin him. He had less playing time than both Frabotta and Pellegrini. Phd Max is wasting know time. A huge sigh of relief for Roberto Carlos. Position is secured and renewal will come. New an improved salary of £8M plus bonuses awaits a Brazilian legend.

  2. Yes Max has wasted no time is right! Out you must go no room for young talent if Max has it his way Pellegrini will be next! Sold to the epl highest bidder! Its sad to watch a counter attack defence first coach shelve/ruin young talent that have offensive capabilities …. this team has made strides to play a more entertaining style of football and win … Im going to sit back and watch to see the progress we made and watch Max a Million on the side lines screaming for everyone to get back …lol

  3. why are people blaming allegry – he didnt chose to buy him, ths is juve board fault – they wanted this transaction – he’s been bought for a barganing chip to be swapped for a better player +money.

    feel sorry for him
