The 4-1 win over Bologna, coupled with a 1-1 draw between Napoli and Hellas Verona, secured another season in the Champions League for the Bianconeri.

Andrea Pirlo’s men have struggled to keep up with champions Inter this term, as Antonio Conte’s men ended the Old Lady’s dominance.

Pirlo managed to secure two trophies in his first season – the Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa Italiana – and qualify for the Champions League, but his future is still uncertain.

The club will immediately start planning for the future and it’s not only Pirlo’s role that is unclear at Continassa.

The decisive meetings for the Juventus management start today, as Tuttosport highlights most of the managers’ contracts expire at the end of the season.

The shareholders’ meeting will be held to decide the future, but the newspaper claims there are no doubts patron Agnelli will continue at the helm, given his strong alliance with his cousin John Elkann.

Rumours of Agnelli stepping down emerged after the Super League controversy last month, when the patron left his position as President of the ECA and spearheaded the breakaway competition with 12 founding clubs.

But the report claims it’s more likely sporting director Fabio Paratici’s will leave the Bianconeri after a turbulent season both on and off the pitch and thus followed by a consequent internal promotion for Federico Cherubini.
