According to Calcio&Finanza Juventus will announce losses of over €240m for 2021-22.

The reliable financial website claims Exor’s semestral report has confirmed losses of €132m for the Serie A giants from January to June 2022. Considering that Juventus closed the first six months of the financial year down to €119m, the Bianconeri should announce losses of almost €250m for 2021-22.

Exor is the holding company belonging to the Agnelli-Elkann family owning a majority stake (63.8%) in the club.

Juventus’ shareholders will gather between September 16 and 23 to approve the club’s economic results for 2021-22.

The Serie A giants have announced losses in every fiscal year since 2017-18. According to La Stampa, they cut their wage bill by €20m this summer and earned €33m for the transfer window.

According to the report, as quoted by Calciomercato.com, club directors are putting pressure on Max Allegri to go as far as possible in the Champions League, the only competition that can give a fresh cash injection into the club.

Juventus were eliminated in the Round of 16 in the last three seasons.

  1. How does a team bankrolled by exor, that owns its own stadium, has the most fans in a country, owns all the media rights etc, is in the UCL yearly and wins trophies yearly find itself making losses. What a bunch of idiots

  2. putuco, did lee acutally get his money or is he still waiting?

Dazn has all the media rights. Gino what are u talking`?

  3. Rosario, yes milan should be relegated to serie c after the chinesse and elliott fiasco. Disgrace of a club

  4. CALMAAA!!!

Asking PhD Max to go far in the CL is like asking a pig to fly through the midnight sky.

  5. The two Milanese clubs cannot even handle a €240m loss. They’d fold up.

Milan forfeited UCL for a mere €20m while Inter‘s Chinese match-fixing CEO is on the run from his Hong Kong creditors.

  6. @Cypher.

    Forfeited the Europa league*.

Don’t you miss the boumsong and Deschamps days in B? Or did your satellite tv not show serie b games, so you bandwagoned another team then?

  7. Caaaaaaaalm down posters, its not about which clubs should get demoted, its about introducing new rules – stating can only spend profit and stay in profit.

  8. @Rosario

I miss Constant, Birsa, Honda, Mastour, Saponara, Ely, Kucka, Taarabt and Urby Emanuelson more.

  9. And that’s why you guys are broke and these guys are rich. Profit doesn’t mean anything. I can make a million, spend it on myself as wages, and announce zero profit. For sure, they won’t have to pay taxes for quite some time. This is crafty and very different to Inter who are actually broke. I’ll give you time to process that, Gump.

  10. What does it matter if it happened before you were born? What you are saying is defies logic. It is as if you are saying history started after you were born. You do know that you are not the center of the world, and nothing revolves around you, right? Also, by your flawed logic the finals that we lost before I was born should be erased? What kind of reasoning is that…BBilan fans…
